These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by Cerro Catedral Limited, a company incorporated in England & Wales, registered under company number 06627443, authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) for money remittance services under Firm Reference Number 504668, operating from March 10, 2026.
By accessing our website, using our services, or placing a money transfer order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using our services.
1. Definitions
In these Terms:
“We”, “Us”, “Our” means Cerro Catedral.
“You”, “Your” means the customer (sender/remitter).
“Beneficiary” means the person receiving the funds.
“Business Day” means a day other than Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday in England.
“Order” means an instruction from you to send funds to a beneficiary.
2. Our Services
We provide money remittance services enabling you to send money to a beneficiary in the UK or abroad.
We act as your agent for the purpose of executing the transfer.
All transfers are subject to compliance checks, including anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist financing (CTF) requirements.
3. Regulatory Status
Cerro Catedral is authorised and registered as a Small Payment Institution (SPI) with the Financial Conduct Authority under the Payment Services Regulations 2017 for the provision of money remittance services.

4. Placing a Money Transfer Order
To place an order, you must provide:
Your full legal name and valid identification.
The beneficiary’s details (full name, country, account details where applicable).
The transfer amount and currency.
Once you confirm and sign/accept the order, it becomes binding.
5. Payment and Charges
You must pay us the full transfer amount plus any applicable fees before we execute the transfer.
Our fees are displayed on our website and/or communicated before confirmation of the order.
If you choose to have charges deducted from the remittance amount, the beneficiary will receive the net amount.
6. Execution Time
Transfers within the UK will normally be credited to the beneficiary within one business day.
International transfers will normally be credited within two business days, subject to beneficiary bank processing times and local regulations.
Transfers accepted on a Saturday, Sunday, or UK public holiday will be processed on the next business day.
7. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
Providing accurate and complete information.
Ensuring the beneficiary details are correct.
Complying with all relevant laws in your and the beneficiary’s country.
We are not liable for losses resulting from incorrect information provided by you.
8. Cancellations and Refunds
You may request to cancel a transfer before it has been paid to the beneficiary.
Once paid out, cancellations are not guaranteed and will require the beneficiary’s consent.
Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 3 working days and may be subject to an administration fee of £15.
9. Compliance and Verification
We are required by law to verify your identity and, in some cases, the source of your funds.
We may request additional documents before processing your transfer.
We may refuse to process a transaction if it breaches AML, CTF, sanctions, or other regulatory requirements.
10. Limits
Transaction limits may apply depending on your profile, the destination country, and regulatory requirements.
11. Liability
We will not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential losses.
Loss of profits, contracts, or goodwill.
We are only liable for losses directly caused by our negligence, and our liability is limited to the amount of the transfer (excluding fees).
12. Data Protection
We process your personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

14. Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be published on our website and will take effect immediately.
